GrannaBeth Needs the PINK BUS -Can you please come along?

Grannabeth has a Dexa scan, internal ultrasound and an ob-gyn appointment.  Let's fill the pink bus to capacity and support her and pray for all good results.  She just finished 33 rounds of rads!  Congrats again on that Beth!

    I forgot to add what I am bringing on the pink bus.  How about some fresh croissants, blueberry muffins and some more of my homemade jelly?  Sound good?

    Beth, so happy you are done

    Beth, so happy you are done with radiation!  I can't wait to be there someday!  I read about this pink bus on here and I think it is great!  I'll be coming too. 

    I take it we are suppose to bring something, so, how about if I bake some cookies?  Sugar cookies and chocolate chips?

    Finishing rads is always a huge accomplishement, so, congrats Beth.

    Wouldn't miss the pink bus and thinking I might bring chocolate, lots and lots of chocolate. 

    We all do love it, don't we?  lol

    Dear Grannabeth,

    I will bring some lobster rolls with pink napkins so you can have them after your ultra sound and ob-gyn appointment.  I hope you like lobster rolls?  Dexa scan is just a measuring tool, so I won't be there for that one.  I refuse to have Dexa scans now.  No point since I can't take the drugs that will fix any problems.  When I was able to do bisphosphonates, my measurements went from awful to great.  I was very happy with it.  Hope yours will be a good one and won't need to take anything to remedy it.  Will you be taking any hormonal drug therapies such as Arimidex, Femara or Aromasin?  The lack of estrogen can do a number on your bones.  It is always good to have a Dexa scan before begining any AI.

    I do hope your ultra sound and appointment with the gyn doc will be normal and uneventful.  Bet your happy being doing with radiation.

    The pink bus won't leave

    The pink bus won't leave without me on it as I am bringing the drinks, pop, water, wine and iced tea.  We have to have something to wash all of the food down with.  LOL
