1 red pepper cut up into small pieces
1 sweet onion cut up into small pieces
celery cut up into small pieces
package of cherry grape tomatoes (you could cut in half or use whole)
3/4 cup of sugar
1/4 cup of oil and vinegar
can of tomato soup
mix sugar, oil, vinegar and soup together
cook pasta
cut up veggies
when pasta is cooked, mix everything together
yummy!This is also great for taking somewhere. We stopped by a friends house and I took this. They loved it! And, since it is summer now, you can get fresh everything!

Strawberry Pie
Pre-baked pie shelled - cooled
2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
3 oz box Srawberry Jello
1 1/2 cup water
1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons cornstarch
Line the bottom of the shell with sliced strawberries. Combine cornstarch, sugar and water in a small saucepan and bring to a boil an simmer, stirring constantly until thickened. Add the Jello and stir until dissolved. Pour over strawberries and refrigerate until set - serve with whipped cream topping.0 -

Hawaiian Dessert
• 1 package yellow cake mix (regular size)
• 3 packages (3.4 ounces each) instant vanilla pudding mix
• 4 cups cold milk
• 1-1/2 teaspoons coconut extract
• 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
• 1 can (20 ounces) DOLE® Crushed Pineapple in 100% Pineapple Juice, well drained
• 2 cups heavy whipping cream, whipped and sweetened
• 2 cups flaked coconut, toasted
Directions
• Mix cake batter according to package directions. Pour into two greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking pans. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes or until the cakes test done. Cool completely.
• In a large bowl, combine pudding mixes, milk and coconut extract; beat for 2 minutes. Add the cream cheese and beat well. Stir in pineapple.
• Spread over the cooled cakes. Top with whipped cream; sprinkle with coconut. Chill for at least 2 hours.0 -

1 PACKAGE OF INSTANT PISTACHIO PUDDING
1 CUP MINIATURE MARSHMALLOWS
1 CUP PECANS OR CHOPPED NUTS
9 OUNCES COOL WHIP
MIX PINEAPPLE WITH PISTACHIO PUDDING AND LET DISSOLVE. ADD MARSHMALLOWS AND NUTS, THEN COOL WHIP. LET SET OVERNIGHT IN FRIG.I will make this and let you know how it goes!

SERVES 2 -4
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 teaspoon salt
16 ounces pork & beans
3/4 cup barbecue sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon instant minced onion
6-9 hungry jack flaky biscuits
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Brown ground beef and strain.
Add next 5 ingredients and heat til bubbly.
Pour into 2 quart casserole dish.
Peel biscuits in half and lay across top.
Sprinkle with cheese.
