in Kidney Cancer #1

Ok guys,  I joined last week...needed to shift a few pounds and all I can say is that I love it!!!  Is anyone else here doing it?  It's not really a diet its just healthy eating but the joy of it I am never hungry woo hoo which is a bonus!!  I even went out and bought a bike too......I am losing the run of myself but I want this body around for a long time and I will do anything to keep it for as long as I can disease free!!!

    I know that when I travel on my bike ,I sometimes have to move my beer from one saddlebag to the other to stay balanced. Where do you plan to move things to? ( I said with a funny smile.)

    Well, I'm off

    again weds or thurs. This trip is to a biker party just beyond the Catskills in upper N.Y. state. 4 days of old fashioned rowdiness like you see in all the old biker movies. It's an "anything" goes type party. You can use your imagination here. A pretty well kept secret. Except to the thousands who know about it. It is the absolutely best time ever. If you like biker crap. But then again, you wouldn't see me at the opera. Do you own some black leather? I've got helmets.

    OK, so I went looking for a prior posting regarding diet.  And what can a D.O.G. like me say..?  Well, I say that Eims does not post frequently which is OK... hope she is living life in style..!   But I do love that smile...   

    To the point.. I just found a low sodium cooking WEB site and thought it needed to be shared.  Yes some of those recipes are not on our healthy diet list, but some are.  So for those of us trying to stay low sodium.. hope you find some goodies here..!
