    We're going to a graduation

    We're going to a graduation party on Sunday afternoon.  Looking forward to seeing lots of family and friends.

    We're having a cookout with friends with bbq ribs, corn on the cob, coleslaw and lots of cold beer.  Wishing everyone here a safe and good 3 day weekend.

    Ribs are a must for Memorial

    Ribs are a must for Memorial Day!  We're grilling out with some family and friends after we go the honoring of the soliders.

    We're going to

    We' were  going to a car show tonight but very cold temps..Cold temps again for the end of May. Also MIGHT be going to the Parade on Monday depending on the weather(heard it's going to be cold).We managed to  make it to 5 cemeteries to put flowers on the graves of family and friends.Then we had a problem of downpours and had to wait till the rain stopped.Major hard downpours.Then it stopped after 20 minutes.Thought about a cook-out but the weather isn't that great.The temps have been low enough my husband even turned the furnace on.It's that bad.

    On Memorial Day we'll go back to the 5 cemeteries to honor those who've passed. 

    Hoping  Father's  Day and Fourth of July are better for cooking out.

    The weather was a little iffy

    The weather was a little iffy here, so, we were prepared to move everything inside, but, all of a sudden, it cleared up and was a really nice day.
