Update on Michael ****'s surgery
Hello from Michael **** thru his spouse. He is out of surgery. Everything went well. No "shark bite." Kidney larger than expected but they think tumor is contained. Will know for sure after pathology. But he is okay and will be up and walking this afternoon if all goes well, we go home tomorrow. Thanks to all of you for your support. As we say in the American Sputh, "You Got This!"

Happy to hear he is ok!
Happy to hear he is ok! Please tell him to take as much as his body can handle & he will know if he listens. Please make sure that he has a BM or he will need a stool softner, such as docusate sodium. We are all rooting for him! Thank you Mrs Michael for keeping us posted.

To Michael's better half,
Each day will get a litttle better. Before you know it he will want to help you with the housework. Yea.

Hey Michael, That is a lovely picture of you and your wife. How are you feeling?I have to say you look so much healthier in this photo than the previous one! I don't think the other one did you justice.
Hope you are taking things easy, wishing you well.

I figured it was time to let yopu get a look at me and my beautiful wife!
I am taking everyone's advice and letting my body tell me what it can and can't do. It has wanted sleep thelast two daysso thats what I gave it.
I'll be starting a different thread with what details I know about what took place.

Mrs Michael is beautiful and it was very thoughtful of her to update us about during your surgery. Michael, sounds like things went pretty ok Take care and give your body all the rest it asks for. I will be hanging around to hear about your progress and other news.
Bless you and Mrs Michael! Val

You reminded me of how much I rested and napped. I watched quite a bit of TV. Kind of funny. I hadn't watched Home and Garden before or since, but I watched alot for a few weeks then. Probably had to do with my attention span.
