    Thanks for asking

    but results can take upto 10 days, it was a 4 hour wait and 5 atempts to find a vein for the contast, eventually our son said 'enough' the doc. was in tears she did get some inside, I checked the scan but it's difficult to read, after 5 surgeries and edema, necrosis, calcification scar tissue all giving their own 'reading'... his brain look a mess.

    I have seen dozens of these and I couldn't see new growth, but Im not trained in this so no champagne.

    Still, if it was REALLY bad they would phone immediatley.

    That all sounds so awful. 

    I am so sorry that your son, and your family as travelling this hard road. I pray that all will be well with the results, but still, I will think of him as he recovers from the surgery. 

    How old is your son? (no need to reply, if you want to keep it private).

    just turned 10, scan results are in and bad news (again) still haven't fully come to terms with it.

    Your post brought tears to my eyes.  My son is almost 10 and I can't possibly imagine your pain with these bad results.  I keep your family in my prayers.
