To protect privacy

I wonder if we should have someone be a person that this information could be pm'd to. That way it wouldn't be out on the web for others besides the group to see. Then after we get everyone's information it could be sent in a message to everyone. Of course since I am not working right now if you want to send the information to me I could get it all put together and get people who want to know each other more personally the opportunity to talk. I have to say I have really enjoyed talking to NJShore on the phone. It has been comforting for me.

Excel

The list above could easily be copied into Excel, I'm sure...

Like others, I have no problem talking to anyone..., just not crazy about posting my number. But I don't have a problem talking to anyone. Several have my number and vice versa...

Anyone that wants to talk can also send me a PM on here...

As an alternative on the list, maybe you could also list PM for phone number...

I totally understand where you are coming from and it's definitely meant in the right spirit, unfortuantely too many non-members view here and I feel you'd be getting all kinds of texts and unsolicited phone calls to your cell.

Suggestion...

If Vivian has Excel or whatever means to build the list....

How about we can each send her a PM with our information and then she could update the list and send it out via an email... That way phone numbers or personal emails wouldn't get hammered...

I hate to sound paranoid, but I finally had to change my old AOL email as I was getting 90% SPAM on it.....

If it's maintained and emailed as a file, not posted, less chances to get blasted...

Someone (me), already hammered Tim with a text nessage and fish photo first thing this morning.... What did I get in return...., Tim flipped me the bird.....

Well actually it was a photo of an 8# Grouse he and his daughter just bagged..., LOL...
