    Sorry for the delay in

Sorry for the delay in results ATT had problems in our area Thursday so no internet. Yesterday we went fishing and this morning was house cleaning.

Results were not as good as we wanted. The cancer has grown but not as fast as expected by the oncologist. Jim continues to be symptom free so that is a blessing.

Thanks for the prayers and I continue praying for every one of you.

Debbie, I am glad your husband is symptom free, but I am sure it was a blow that the cancer is not abating.  You are in my prayers.

    Hi Jim & Debbie ..

Obviously it's not the exact news I wanted to hear either...but I refuse to give up or give in and I am very glad he has no symptoms.....and I will continue to pray!!!

Ironically our sermon today from our pastor was "it's not over"  .....he read from some scriptures that were very comorting to hear ....ones like "with God all things are possible" and "is anything to great for God" .....our preacher reminded us that "no matter who or what the professionals say or how bad things look at times, nothing is impossible for God" .....he said in his prayer time this past week he just kept feeling like three words kept coming to mind and those three words were for some of us in the congregation...and those three words were "it's not over" .....our pastor said to "keep asking and keep seeking and keep knocking" ....

I was a bit down this week myself with some of the bad news and some of the situations with my online CSN friends...I was not of course thinking about giving up on my prayer list ...but I will certainly say I was a bit down, determined, but down...so it was good for me to hear, so I thought I would share with you and Jim.

I'm going to keep at it!!!  Thinking of you guys often!

    Best,

    Good friend....

    Tim,

You are a wonderful, caring individual. For you to think of "Jim and I" is so thoughtful. I'm with you on the prayers need to continue regardless of news. It's "Not Over", til HE says it's over. I truly believe with all my heart that God decides when he needs us and it's on his terms. HE has gifted so many doctors to do as much as they can to take care of us. But, when our time comes, we must rejoice for the homecoming.

Amen to all our peeps on CSN...praying that we can all get some peace with our minds very soon.

    Thanks Tim for sharing. We

Thanks Tim for sharing. We know these comforting passages but need to hear them often. My favorite is, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." This last two years have been a testament to that. I request you add my sister, Rita to your prayers. She lost her husband to the beast 3 years ago. She had a stroke on Easter day and is recovering. I truly believe in the power of prayer.

Thank you again and know you are in my prayers.
