This magazine is great and I think you will really like it if you don't have a subscription already.  It is free.  Just go to their site and you can sign up for it.  I got my new one yesterday and it is full of lots of good stories and information.

The ACS does approve it and even sends along extra publications with the magazine sometimes.

    Cure magazine

    After a previous poster mentioned Cure magazine I subscribed, also. I have received 3 publications so far: Cure's Sixth Annual Cancer Guide for the Newly Diagnosed; and Special Report on Metastatic Cancer;and the winter 2012 issue of the magazine whose focus is on Launching a Survivorship Care Plan-How to Prepare for Life After Cancer. They are quality publications in my personal opinion.

    I am glad you like the magazine Irene.  I have posted about it twice on here, so that everyone will eventually see it and hopefully take advantage of this great magazine.

    With the one I just got, it also had Special Report on Medication Adherence.  You should get yours soon.

    Went to sign up for the

    Went to sign up for the "free" subscrirption and they wanted $$$ from me.  Unfortunately with me paying out $600 + per treatment I can not afford it.

    I don't know what you did, but, if you click on the link I posted above, one of the options is FREE for cancer patients, survivors and caregivers.  Didn't you see that?  You just need to check that box, fill out your info, and, you've got it.  See below....

    I have been getting Cure for awhile now and always sit down and read it almost the minute I get it.  Not only has it helped me with many of the bc articles, but, we have other friends with different cancers and there are articles in there for them too.

    I highly recommend "CURE" it is a very interesting magazine.  When I am through with it, I pass it to other friends who have not heard of the magazine, so they can order their copy.

    Thank you for the link to CURE.  I just signed up for the free subscription.  I look forward to getting it.
