All The Time
For me, it's accompanied by a very strange feeling around the eyes. I don't have the words to describe it. Like pressure, or extreme tiredness, or even maybe like a very slight ache around the eyes. I've had this since my surgery. And some mild nausea. I thought it was the Everolimus (which I'm not sure I'm on or not).

While these things usually aren't anything to get worried about, it's always a good idea to mention them to your care team. It's because they are vague and often not easy to describe that they don't get reported enough. The docs need to gather in all these sorts of details to look out for patterns that may be significant. Have you brought them up?
A very dramatic example of recent origin is blurry vision on Votrient. This wasn't a known side-effect but it's recently been recognised that it can (rare, fortunately) betoken a potentially lethal brain damage in the offing. Such things are spotted and put into the databases of symptoms and cautions only when they are noticed and reported for follow-up.
I'm not suggesting any cause of concern for either of you, merely saying it's a good idea to mention such things to your care team.

I had a fuzzy head
But then I shaved. My top is fuzzy, but the face is not.
Seriously, fuzzy head can also be described (possibly) as light headed. I do not know what it means. At the moment, I am "fuzzy", but I know why. I am getting the good stuff for post surgery pain after they removed a lung met.
