Colonoscopy Tuesday
Tuesday will confirm if I have colon cancer, my gut feelings are that i do, my brain says not me!! My symptoms have gotten worse worse with more blood in the stools to not being able to go for days. I'm tired and losing weight without trying. Hopefully the news will be good, if not, I have found new friends.

You're on the ball
I am glad that you are having a colonoscopy, it means that you are on the ball and ready to face whatever comes your way. I can tell you first hand, that a positve attitude and desire to take control of your health goes a long, long way to a good outcome.
You are right too, you have found new friends here, lots of advice, information, support.
It would be great if we never see you here again, or one more post saying you've just got real bad hemmeroids, but if it is colorectal cancer, you are in the right place and we will look for you posts and see how we can help and support you.
Good luck on Tuesday. We'll be thinking of you.

Welcome
This is the place we never expected to be. None the less, it is the best place for most of us. As was said before, my wish is that you have some internal condition that is encouraging the bleeding (a possible cause of your tiredness). I am not a doctor and do not pretend to be one. There are, I would hope, a number of things that can cause internal problems with undependable bowels and bleeding. However, should that not be the case this is the place. Please post a note and let us know how the colonoscopy turned out.

I hope your news are good and
I hope your news are good and you don't have cancer. If you do, we are all here supporting one another and going thru this journey together. Prayers will be with you.

Good luck today!
Hope to hear 'all clear' later today! My 81 year old mother is having her first 'real' colonoscopy today, too.
