8 MONTH OUT FOLLOW UP APPT WITH ENT AND GOOD NEWS

in Head and Neck Cancer #1

Saw my ENT today, almost 8 months out of treatment. Got the wonderful scope down the nose and throat and he said everything looked great!!And he wrote those 3 wonderful letters on my chart, NED. Praise God! He thinks everything is just going great. Will see him in 4 months after I have my cat scan in June. And then I come on here and read CivilMatt's wonderful news so today has been a great day!!

    Thanks Ingrid, I am planning on celebrating, Heading to Michigan for a weekend in a bed and breakfast with my brother and sister-in-law and some of my great friends who helped me get thru my treatments. They were there driving me back and forth to treatments and cheering me on. Couldn't have made it without them. Now for a weekend of fun and laughter and memory building.

    Isn’t it wonderful, I mean the scope up then down the nose? Too bad you have to wait so long for your next one.
