Dawne is having some stomach issues with the Xeloda, but so far it has not been to bad for her. She is also very tired with it. It has been one week today since she started it. I have not talked to her as much this past week. Her beautiful daughter and newest adorable granddaughter have been in from out of state visiting!!Smile  She is enjoying that very much. She is hanging in there and fighting. Thank you all so much for the prayers and kind thoughts. Please continue to keep her in your prayers. God Bless

    Dawne is admired and loved by everyone on this site and we are all praying for her.  I am amazed by her courage, strength and am praying for her.

    She was always so kind and so helpful to everyone on the site and I pray that we are that for her now.

    Please give her big hugs from me. 

    I am so glad her daughter and granddaughter are there with her visiting.  That will brighten up her days!

    Fighting strong is our Dawne!  I hope that she feels better soon from the chemo and that she can get lots of rest and not feel so tired.

    I know she is enjoying her family now and that is so important.

    Thinking and Praying For Dawne

    I am so sorry to read that Dawne is having trouble, but, like you said, Dawne is fighting strong and we all know that about her.  She has that fighting spirit and that will carry her far.

    Having her beautiful daughter and grandbaby there with her is so wonderful.  Having our loved ones with us can always lift our spirits and fill our hearts.  I know they do for me.

    Janice, thanks once again and please keep any news coming as we are all so concerned for Dawne.

    Sorry that the xelodo is giving Dawne stomach problems.  I sure hope that goes away soon for her.

    I am always seeking an update on her, so, thanks so much for posting this one.

    I wish Dawne was tolerating

    I wish Dawne was tolerating the Xeloda better.   Having her family home for a visit is some powerful medicine though.  I'm sure she is enjoying that grandbaby.

    Thank you all for being so caring and sweet! Dawne is definitely a fighter as we all know. She appreciates your kindness more than you know, it means so much to her. Thank you for asking about me. I am doing well, had a good dexa scan and Onc visit in Jan. I am almost to the 3 year mark since surgery, 3-22. As we all know each day added is a victory! Still having some knee issues but I am still hoping I can avoid surgery! I will try to be better at posting, my grandkids keep me hopping I get to keep all 5 of them everyday Smile. I would not trade that for anything though! God Bless you all!!

    Congrats Janice on the good dexa scan and onco visit!  And, early congrats on your 3 year mark!  That is wonderful!

    You are so blessed having those 5 grandkids, even though they wear you out.  It's a "good" wearing out! :)
