About this time last year I went to the dr about my problems with swallowing and started the EC journey. This has been a daunting journey, I've had my really bad days especially during recovery from surgery but many more good days. I didn't expect to move from stage 3 to stage 4 but I am trying to stay positive, I can eat and feel pretty good most days.

Today is my birthday. I have been blessed with another year here on this earth with my family. For that I am thankful

    Congratulations on completing another year in your journey!! Sometimes life does present us with some challenges but the gift of each day with the ones we love makes it worth the battle. I have been praying these last couple rounds of chemo have taken care of the cancer cells that were left in your lymph nodes and you get a good report on your next scan.
