Hello all,

 I just got a little note and would like to share.

Claudia has started her cycle # 3 with Xeloda today. It is too early to understand weather or not it has been working. 

She is also attending sessions at Santa Barbara Wellness Center. Your positive thoights and prayers have been helping her to stay strong.

I personally have been through few challenges during past 3 weeks. Today signed up for a Clinical trail study with an experimental drug BKM120, a lot of tests are coming during next week.

i wish I had better news to share. Results are in and they are not good.

The scan showed (she wrote):
that the cancer almost completely involves my liver. We are trying the
Xeloda. The doctor is very shocked and very worried about me"

If you read this message, please check-in and use all of your spiritual power, power of words and prayers to help Claudia turn the corner in this unfair fight. She has been a member of our CSN board since 2003 and helped and touched life of everyone on this board.  I do believe our positive energy and prayers will help her going through this critical time.

I know many of you have been keeping Claudia close to your heart. Please continue to do it as she is going through difficult time.  We have exchanged several messages . While she is currently on a two-weeks break from Chemo before changing therapy to Xeloda, she got UTI , was on antibiotics which she had to stop due to horrible stomach pain. The origin of pain is under investigation and PET scan was performed yesterday. She is on pain medication, very tired from various doctors' appointments. Please pray for stable status and  no new findings on report.

    Thank you for posting.  Breaks my heart that she is in pain.  I hope they can find the source to alleviate the pain.

    Thank you for the update New Flower on Claudia.  She remains in my thoughts as she is one of the nicest ladies I met on this forum.  Very kind.  I wish her the best and send positive thoughts.

    I hate, hate, hate that she has to deal with this.  I know she is strong, but she deserves a break.  Claudia is one of the all round best people I know.  Thank you for the update...wish she could post herself.

    We all miss our dear
    We all miss our dear Chenheart. She gave such good common sense advise and was often the word of reason. She is just one of those kind gentle people that if we are lucky we get to know and love.
    My heart goes out to her and her family.
    I will keep her in my prayers that can find the source of her pain and put an end to it. Also prayers for her deaer Reggie.

    So sorry she is going thru so much.

    Hopefully the Xoleda will help her.  Those nasty UTI's seem to just wear your system down even further.  I will keep her in my prayers and think of her all the time. Thanks for updating I just feel so bad for her, she has been through so much.

    updating us on Chenheart.   We all await to hear any update regarding our dear beloved Sister in PINK.  Per Claudia's request, I will pray for stabilization, and NO new growth.  Keeping Chen, her loved ones and friends close to my heart, and in my prayers.
