How about one of the Oscar nominees?
I saw "Silver Linings Playbook" which was pretty good. And I've heard that Lincoln and Beast of the Southern Wild are both excellent. As for my plans, I am babysitting my darling great-niece, who just turned one and is as cute as a button, while my sister and niece go to see the Beast movie. Let us know what you see and if it was good! AA

Enjoy it!Coloncancerblows said:I start my chemo next week so
I start my chemo next week so this might be my last normal weekend for a while. Mexican food every night and margaritas!!
I have to admit that i really missed my cocktails during treatement. I had so much going on between various chemos and surgeries that I didn't drink anything for two solid years. Probably not as good for my health, but I am back to the occasional drink. One of life's little pleasures! AA

Made it
My wife and I woke up this morning feeling better so we made it to the birthday party. We weren't 100percent but determined to make it. It was great. The grandbaby got all kinds of toys but only wanted to play with her balloons! Pray everyone in the northeast stays safe. Jeff

Time goes by so fast! I remember when she was just a newborn. They are so cute at this age. Did any cake make it into her mouth? I just remember all over the face and in the hair. LOL

Went to two movies. First
Went to two movies. First one was Side Effects (Jude Law, Katherine Zeta Jones). Good story. Not likely to win any awards. Second movie was Identity Thief. My husband dragged me to this one. Didn't think it would be my type of movie. Must admit, it was quite funny. Glad I went.0
