Hi mates it is FRIDAY any interesting thing to do in the weekend?

I'm not a cold weather person and this weekend is going to be n icebox.  Need to finish up getting everything ready for having our taxes done later this month.  Tons of household chores according to the boss. Pray everyone stayea safe and feel as good as possible. Jeff

Today is my 54th birthday, Wednesday was my husbands 57th and Sunday was my brothers' birthday, so Mom and Dad took us all out for dinner!  Now I am in my warm jammies, with a full tummy trying to keep my eyes open!  Had planned on metal detecting with the husband tomorrow but thinking it is going to be way too cold!  So tomorrow is up in the air!  Sunday, church and probably lazy afternoon.

glad to hear from you. we are expecting snow again, maybe 3" by tomorrow afternoon. we got 2" last nite. we plan on staying in & watching sports on tv. 1 of my grandsons has a basketball game tomorrow but since we live out in the country with lots of hills & switchbacks, the roads will prob be too slick to travel. i am so glad you are feeling good & are spending time with your family. enjoy!!!

Hi Pepe,

We're going to have a 13th birthday party for Rick's son, Mason.  It's hard for me to go to Rick's mom's house, since he and I had some many fun times there, but I do want to see the kids. His ex has only let us see them about four hours since he passed away on Thanksgiving, and it hurts.  But even two hours with them will be nice.  His sister's three kids will also be there, so will be a noisy, happy,  and fun day for the kiddies, but still a sad day for me.  (I'll try my best to put on a happy face, although I've had plenty of practice these last few years.).  My friend has also invited me over for a Super Bowl party that night, but I'm still undecided about that one.  

Oh, i do have some news, I started a new job today!  I haven't been happy for a few years, so Rick would always tell me to look for another one, so now I work for his former boss.  This man came to Rick's memorial, but our own boss didn't. That made my mind up to switch Groups.  I even have a window now!     I'm trying my darndest to move forward with my life, one tiny step at a time.  I know he'd be proud of me, so i did it. And hoping for better days with this fresh start.  I miss him guys, I really do.....

well darling boy....it is 10 degrees BELOW zero here and tons of snow.....only one thing to do....bake a pie warms the kitchen and the tummy....

have booked a flight to Naples Florida though.....leaving in a couple of weeks.....all paid for by my little ebay business....searching for stuff in thrift stores and selling it....it will feel sooo good to get a little sunshine...
