Brain fog, aches and pains...
Hi Friends.. Eight years out and still struggling. So I googled some of my symptoms and
was surprised to come across so many survivors that are suffering with similar stuggles.
I am on a pain killer for bone pain and sleeping pills... I've been blaming them for the memory loss but now
I am not sure.. I'm trying to find some good wholesome remedies... So tired of perscription drugs:(

I especially struggle with
I especially struggle with aches, pains and fatigue. Even though it seems paradoxical, exercise has really been shown to improve fatigue and quality of life. Today, we are having beautiful weather, so I made myself go for a 3 mile walk--even though it was the last thing I wanted to do. I know I need to do more, but will keep trying to do what I can. I did feel a little better just getting up and out. Hope this helps!
