May your radiation go smoothly.
Congrats on completing your Chemo.
I am looking to start my radiation later this month. I hope all goes well and you and that you have few if any side effects. Watch out for the fatigue. That kicked my butt last time and I did not even need chemo with my first cancer. Hang in there and good luck.

YEA!
Finishing chemo makes you feel like you are through the worst of things. For me, rads were easier. Someone was asking about time between chemo and rads -- I finished chemo mid-July and began rads the second week of August. Fatigue wasn't much of an issue for me, but I tried to keep my activities manageable -- I wasn't going to sit around and wait to see if fatigue would settle in; I would do what I was up to doing for as long as I could. That included going back to work at school half days (because of my rads schedule). I had not been to work since the third week of February.
I did take a little time off work near the end of rads because I had a little bit of a problem with burns. That was manageable. I stayed home because there were things I needed to do to keep the burns from becoming a problem. Once I didn't have to tend to those, I went back to school -- full days.
You probably have heard this more than once, but two people can have the same disease, same stage, and be treated the same YET react differently. I was fortunate, and I hope you are too.
Best wishes.

Finishing chemo is quite a milestone! Congratulations! Take care of your skin while you are in rads, and for a few weeks after too. And you still need to drink plenty of water, it's good for your skin.
Let us know how it goes.
Hugs,
Linda
