Happy New Year
Here is to a Blessed New Year for all the Pink Sisters and Brothers on this site & to those who have not found their way here yet. Let there be less "newbies" on this site this year and more cures for all the cancers in this world.

I do wish you and your family, a healthy and happy 2013.
Doris,
PS: Since breast cancer is not one disease but many with so many variations, that one cure won't be found. They will in time find something that works for each variance of cells. As much as I would like to believe the scientific community has a clue, I don't believe they do at this time.

Happy 2013 and may this year be good to you. How is the hip doing?
I do hope that the day will come that there will be less "newbies". The variations in breast cancer doesn't lead to hopefulness at this time. It would be nice if some scientist could find the trigger that allows a cell to go malignant and figure out how to have them all commit mass suicide.

Happy New Year to all of you.I hope this year does bring some new light on this dreaded disease and for all cancers.I think it's coming but who knows when???
The end of this year has been very rough.Me with bronchitis that won't let up and now takine Vitamin IV's to get boosted. But now at this time more has happened. My daughter in law went in the hospital a week before Christmas. She has all doctor baffled and they must send her to a university hospital who might find the cause of her high fevers. She started with pneumonia and kidney infection. Those are better but is running a fever of 106 degrees.Nothing is found to cause this. She leaves possibly tomorrow to the university hospital and will go by ambulance with a critical care nurse with her. My son is going to be staying there and getting a room. The drive is only maybe 1 1/2 hours but he wants to be nearby. I hope things start looking up for her,my son and grandson(who doesn't like going to see his mom like this)She had 5 medical personnel working on her the day before Christmas. He had to leave. He was terrified.
I know many on here are fighting this beast.Always something. We have some newbies and some have been here for many years.Hope all goes well for all of you this year.I hope none of us are faced with a recurrance and those with a recurance are cured and in remission soon.I have faith it's going to be better for all of us.It's been rough this year with the loss of some of our Pink Sisters and those we've lost through the years. We alwys think of them.

A fever of 106 degrees is quite a fever. How is your daughter-in-law doing now?
Do let us know.
