Will stay here and finish Christmas errands with wife!.
Sunday probably family lunch as usual ,but I have to call them before as they are busy as well with errands.

Our daughter is coming home from college for a month!! We are so excited to see her! I have to brag and say that she earned straight A's her first semester in college! We are so proud of her.

My mom's 95th birthday & Chanukah celebrations
Tomorrow (Friday) we'll celebrate my mother's 95th birthday with a birthday party, plus latkes (potato pancakes) because it is during Chanukah.
Saturday night (last night of Chanukah) we'll go to a latke party at a friend's house.0 -

Rare phenomenon of rain here, so no yard sale. It's just as well because hubby not really feeling well. Might add a little excitement by going to Emg. if he doesn't start breathing better.
Still waiting for MD Anderson to get the ball rolling with labs and CT. Consultation was a week ago and have heard nothing yet.
I did put up a tiny pre-decorated tree(which I sent him four years ago while I was with JBG), but just don't have the spirit to do more decorating. Afraid it is just gift cards this year.

Had chemo Monday/Tuesday -- have been taking it easy since then but should be ready for a little playtime this weekend. Attending a Christmas party Saturday night. Maybe a little Christmas shopping (mostly just to join in the atmosphere!). My eldest son is home from university and my younger son arrives Thursday - yea!!

Looking for pecans for my mom. Have to buy Jamaican blue coffee for my mom. I have to get my iPhone working on voice activation somehow. I am tired write now. Can someone tell me how to upload an avatar? I am having a GREAT time rift now with being so busy! I am not feeling the holiday spirit. Say a prayer that no don't get so tired that I forget that Jesus is the reason for the Xmas season. Maybe I shall convert next time this year!0 -

Most of your plans sound wonderful. Have fun. I am preparing to go home to Pennsylvania for 2 weeks.But before that, I am up at 5am drinking that magic mixture ( 2nd 1/2 )that preps one for a colonoscopy. Fun times, YUK!

Our twins Christmas concert is tonight, but one was running a fever last night so I may stay home with the sick one and my husband can go with the other girl. Good thing there are two of us!

Howdy Pepe
Today was my 1,000th day in Hell, but it was a pretty good day. One of my favorite sushi restaurants called and said they had Uni (Sea Urchin Roe) which I absolutely adore. So we went there for lunch and instead of just two pieces, they gave me four! I spent the next hour or so on an Uni high. Then I took my sister to see The Hobbit, a movie I've been waiting to see for about 40 years. All in all, it was a pretty good day. I'll be spending the rest of the weekend doing a final edit on my novel and resting up.0 -
