Sorry it has been so long since I updated. My Mom fell about 3 weeks ago and broke her hip. I have spent a lot of time at the hospital and now running back and forth to rehab now. She is handling therapy terrific for a soon to be 82 yr old!! She was still very active and is doing really well.
Dawne is hanging in there, she has chemo evry 2 weeks. She is on Navelbine and is having a pretty rough time with it. She has about 10 bad days between tx. She felt good on Thanksgiving and had a great family time.She is hanging in there and keeping her spirits up. I will definitely tell her you have been asking about her. I will try to be better about updates. God Bless you all

    I am so sorry to hear about your Mom. I pray she heals well in time for the Holidays. And I pray that you are holding up during this stressful time.

    Thank you for the update on Dawne. I truly miss her. Send her my love and best wishes as she begins to heal. How I wish I could be there when she needs a shoulder.

    I'm so sorry to hear about your mom. My grandmother went through that and it was hard. Thank you for the update on Dawne. Please give her a hug for me and you are both in my thoughts and prayers. I'm sorry she's having such a rough time, that stinks. It must be difficult for all of you. Know you are in our thoughts.........

    Thanks for the update on Dawne. Am glad she was able to enjoy the Thanksgiving holiday. I'm not here every day; but, each time I log on - I scroll for info about our Texasgirl. Always hopeful for her, as I'll continue to be.

I so wish that were the case for Dawne. Do you know what her dosage is? Maybe the doc can reduce it for her?

    It sounds like your Mom is making good progress. I hope she continues to heal quickly. And I hope you get some time off!!!

    First of all, Thank you for always providing us with information, and updates
    regarding our Sister in PINK - Dawne.

    I am sorry that your Mom fell, and you are dealing with helping mom get back on
    her feet. Broken hips -- grrrr, they take so long to heal.

    Please let Miss Dawne that we continue to pray for her survivor ship, and remission.
