Anokhiusa.com 100% cotton scarves and comes in several sizes. Decent prices for the 30"x30".


Everyone that got a scarf thru FranceLuxe.com absolutely loved them. They were beautiful and free.

I don't start chemo for a few weeks, and am on the fence about getting a wig. I don't think I'm going to. What have others done? How long did it take to get enough hair back that you felt comfortable with your head uncovered in public again?

Hi Suzanne,
I worked all through my chemo, and I had three wigs. I sort of had fun with them. My fav was a Raquel Welch wig, you can just google her name and wigs and get the website. I ordered one from tlc but didn't like it. I started chemo in Sept of 2009, with radiation following in the spring of 2010. I didn't "come out" of my head covers until late April 2010 (lost hair after second chemo in Oct 2009). So, I guess in head covers for about 7 mo...Best wishes to you as you begin your chemo!
