I am sorry that you had to find 'us' here
Sweet Sister~
The waiting is really one of the hardest parts. Once you have a treatment plan in place, things will start to go a lot faster. We on this board know about the waiting and the myriad of emotions one goes through -- so let us wait with you. Post whenever you feel the urge and we'll keep you company.
I think at this point it is easy to get overwhelmed with all the new things happening in your life. It might help to take things one step and one day (sometimes even one hour) at a time. Get your results, talk to your doctor, give yourself some time to digest, etc.
If you are hesitant about anything, get a second opinion as soon as possible.
As wonderful as we all are, I think I am not going out on a limb by saying none of
us ever wanted to be HERE~ battling with and talking about Cancer. It has
affected so much of our lives, as you know only too well. And whereas we can be
smart-mouths, and silly, bottom line is, we have all been altered by this
disease.
We are here 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. A "safe haven" . If this place
isn't the true definition of support, I don't know what is.
Prayers, positive thoughts and HOPE.

So I met with oncologist yesterday still waiting on oncyotype DX test results. I did find out my BC is Her2 negative and the fish was negative as well:) oncologist said looks like no chemo and test we are waiting for will tell us more on how I will react to Tamoxifien. So I am off to the obgyn here in a few minutes back where I started in nov to see why I could not become pregnant and instead found out I had BC!! Still not sure what my plans are for the other breast. Funny thing happened at my second appt with the plastic surgeon yesterday he had all the equipment ready for my first fill and when I took my top off he was like wow somehow a little liquid got into the breast after the drain was pulled and my breast pretty much self expanded so no fills for me what so ever, he said i am ready for implant in about three months. Has any of you ever heard of this before no fills, and there is no sight of infection! Well of to see about the baby making lol hang in there everyone!0 -
