I do and I have been on Tamoxifen for 2 1/2 years but it says not to drink alcohol. But I guess you should ask your doctor because I'm not a doc and I don't know your protocol.

Talk to your DR
Always talk to your Dr about such decisions. I have been told by Dr T. a drink or 2 OCCASIONALLY is fine, IF I want to. I will usually have a Midori and Soda on the Rocks when we go to Deadwood for Prime Rib and a little time on the penny slots - but that only happens every 3 - 6 months. I've been on Femara/letrozole for close to 3 years.

Alcohol
I would ask your doctor, oncologist as Rague mentioned.
If you google = breast cancer and alcohol, you will find two different opinions as you will here.
I believe it is ok as long as it isn't every day. Breast cancer is the oldest record disease in history. For millenniums peoples main source of drinking was not water. It was often contaminated unless they were in the deep woods, or in Rome and etc. The main drink was ale, wine, beer, cider. In countries that does not allow alcohol especially for women, it hasn't stop breast cancer. They are still diagnose with breast cancer so I don't believe it plays a part.
Due to all the medications I take due to other medical issues, I limit myself to an occasional glass of wine or a beer (on a very hot summer day). Life is to short to deprive myself of something I do enjoy.
Best to you,
