question

What is it with this website. I swear I only hit the button once, but sometimes multiple posts are posted....is it me?

    when once is not enough
    Hi Joan,

It is you (just kidding). Multiple inputs guarantees multiple posts. I guess thinking about it counts too. If you end up with multiple inputs and you do not want to say the same thing multiple times. Simply edit the extra ones and make it look like you did it on purpose. After I hit enter once I completely take my fingers away and watch. If it takes too long I simply refresh and work my way back to the current thread for another try.

    Best,

    Matt

    Joan,
The site at times is extremely slow. I use to hit the button several times because I thouught it was my computer. And sometimes it's because of my hand tremors. Matt is right...I love to make excuses too for a good laugh ! Katie

    LOL Tim!
I KNOW that once in a while I'll forget and hit the button more than once...but generally, I click it once and I know also, that it it takes a LONG time to get back to the original page, there's going to be more than one of my posts...it's not always the "button-pusher".

    Been There . . .
Seems like I have fewer multiple posts if I click "Post comment" once, and quickly move my curser (mouse) off to the side, away from the "Post comment" icon.
