Hey Sharlene, only 3 more after today (woohoo) and I'm only a week behind. I hope the neupogen is getting the job done and keeping you on schedule, I got stepped up to 4 shots now for the duration. I'm off to get a pet scan today so I'll keep everyone posted on the results. I sure hope Santa gives us our lives back for Christmas ;) Be well Shar and I'll talk to ya soon. Aaron

    I'm doing great!!! Three quarters of the way there!
    The neupogen seems to be working great. I started out with five shots, then did four and it looks like I will be doing four until the end. The oncologist that I talked to about it last time said that it didn't seem to be too helpful if it was less than four shots. Not my favourite part of the day when I have to do it, but hey, if it keep the chemo on track, I'll do it!

    As I said before, I won't get a pet scan until the end of January, but I'm pretty sure that the chemo is doing some good. I cannot feel any lymph nodes in the axillary area (where they were very large before chemo) and my breathing is so much better, so I think the medial stinal mass must also be shrinking. But, I'll just have to wait and see.

    How are you doing? When is your next chemo? Friday?

    Thanks for commenting. I'm going really well! So glad to be 3/4 of the way through. Don't like doing the neupogen shots much, but ya gotta do what ya gotta do, right?

    Hey, my next chemo is next Tuesday. We're almost there, its nice to not feel the tumors anymore.
