Hi All...Just Catching Up

While I haven't posted much lately , I do look at the site, see old familiar names and new . I've been busy since I went back to work full time. Travel for work takes me to northern AZ weekly, I have a 100 mile buried fiber optic project going on , so that keeps me rather busy. I'm in MD right now, flew in yesterday , will be here till after thanksgiving, visiting with daughter and family in MD , then family in PA. Today I get to be Girl Scout cookie grammie ,as this is a cookie pick up house, and everyone else is either off to work or school. I bought my self a 1 year survivor gift, even though my year anniversary isn't until December....my gift to me is a 2008 Pontiac Solstice, arrest me red, 2 seats, convertable turbo...my neighbor across the street is a state trooper..he said Linda what did you do...every cop in town will notice that color, and then he says just watch my speed,I can tell you it has some snap. I go for my next PET on Dec 3rd, with a follow up with my onco the following week. Saw my ENT right before coming to MD , he says all looks good, and that I don't have to see him every 6 weeks, I can go every 4 months, my rad doc has cut me back to every 6 months VS the 3 I was doing, but my onco still wants to see me every 3 months , with a PET..she also wants me to keep my port until Dec 2013. My voice still gets raspy if I talk a lot thru the day,but all in all I'm feeling great. Taste ,except for beef is about 95% saliva doing ok better some days than others, still drinking lots of water.
I'm looking forward to Thanksgiving, the taste of every thing cause last year I couldn't taste a dang thing but broccoli and radishes....
