He's Home
Yesterday morning in his weakened condition he spoke these words, “I want to be with Jesus. I want to go Home.”
All day yesterday he could only say he wants to go be with Jesus.
That’s is where he is right now

So sorry to hear this, Rose. He fought a valiant fight, and you were right there with him. I know he received much comfort from your care and compassion. He's at peace. BMGky
Dear Rose,
So sorry to hear this but glad that your brother went home. You and your family especially your brother have been on one rough journey and for such a long time. My hope is that you all come to a peaceful place and remember the good times before all this terrible disease came into your lives. Your brother had the right idea, this place is not home but heaven is. many hugs,

He is truly HOME!
I am so sorry to hear of your brother's passing. My husband, Bob, passed away in February and I miss him so. I know what a hard journey it has been for you, and also the loss of your son doubles the pain. Please know you have my full compassion in these days ahead, but we can make it.
As my husband was wheeled away to surgery we walked along side him and my son said, "Dad, I love you to the sun, the moon, and the stars." He looked at us and said "If you love ME that much, can you even imagine how much JESUS loves us." He had an unwaivering faith to the end, just as your brother did.
I hope it is appropriate to share, but there were many songs that helped me. My son chose this song for his dad's visitation and for the music that accompanied the video he had put together. You may have heard it before, but I know I found comfort in it, and I am sending you the link to the You Tube video. They are truly home, although it is so hard for us.
I believe we will see them one day, with God's perfect timing, and what a glorious day it will be. Peace to you and your family. My husband's surgeon sent me a note to remember to rejoice in Bob's life, even as I grieve, and that was hard to do then. A bit easier now, but still a ways to go.
They are truly HOME!! Here's the link http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=he32vwlKQPY Hope it's not deleted. I tried to private mail, but it wouldn't go through that way.
Love to you and your family. Linda0 -
I am so sorry to hear of Ray's passing
It has been a very long, and sometimes painful, journey for Ray. He was defiantly a fighter who found comfort in his music and the love of his family. May God welcome Jr. into his loving arms and provide peace to Kathy and you and the rest of his family during this difficult time.
With my deepest condolences,
Paul Adams,

Condolences, Rose
I'm so sorry to hear of Junior's passing. It has been a difficult journey for he and Kathy. Bless you for being such a strong resource for them both.
I hope you find comfort in knowing you did the best you could for Junior. And Junior certainly did the best he could to beat this beast. That's all we can ask.
I'm certain Jesus has welcomed Junior and blessed him with a new life that does not include the awful words - esophageal cancer or pain.
Thoughts & Prayers are with you! Hugs to you all.
