    I wish you well with the biopsy. I had a ultra-sound core biopsy once for a tumor in the axilla and went back to work as soon as it was over without missing a beat.

    No longer have mammogram so I haven't a clue on what is a "soft mammo". Imagine it's not the one they crush your breast.

    You can tell my age as I don't know what "white noise" is either. However, I do hope it's painless, quick with no unexpected problems and you have an answer.

    If you tell me what the "white noise" is about, I'll take some and playing it.

    white noise is like sound of
    white noise is like sound of ocean, air conditioner, fish tank (what ever fits your fancy) just to be soothing. Something you would hear in therapist office or massage parlor. They talked to me the whole time, I could hear them but just reaxing...

    Thanks for all the comments, prayers and concerns...all went well..better then I thought...Staff was great...

    while laying there I pictured the Disney Cruise ship I am going on in May...so soothing beach and birds white noise was perfect..

    They were supposed to do a soft mammo. Well they did it over and over..couldn't see the clip the put in..sent me to next mammo room try different machine. STILL nothing but they can see it on ultrasound..they think since so much scaring from lumpectomy 4 yrs ago..

    How could this happen? I'm so sorry I missed the bus, Denise, but I know there were plenty aboard to give you that support (and drive the folks doing your biopsy crazy).

    Needless to say, I'll be keeping you in my prayers, hoping for B9 results from your biopsy. And, now we have the weekend. . .

    I also missed the bus.I hope things turn out and they find whatever it is to be benign or nothing.I've had some scares and things have been fine for me BUT very nerve wracking.

    sorry some missed the bus but I knew there in spirit..

    MY ob/gyn called me today (i had report from mammo sent to him & hew is aware of biopsy. He wanted to make sure someone (DR) was following up on results or he would have.

    HE said he will follow up later in the week.

    well with the storm I am not sure if it will back up my results-not sure where biopsies sent to! I am suppose to know tomorrow or Friday!


    I went to biopsy Fri prior to storm SO I assume sent out Friday! (hoping anyhow-I had the first appt in the am)

    I know this is such a small issue compared to those who have lost everything in the storm but just a small venting session..

    I am thinking due to the storm it may have effected sample being delayed or something.I am not sure where it is sent out to..

    I know how you feel
    I thought you would hear by now.I have been watching your posts and wanting to hear some good news.Hope you got in touch with the doctors.Fridays seem to be bad days.

    My long waits. 2 weeks ago I went to the doctor.I wss complaining of not feeling good from this 2 month bout of bronchitis.I was told all the blood work we've done is fine.She did say she would order few more blood tests.Didn't hear any news.Must be good news.All this must be in my head.BUT why am I so dizzy??? Well I get a call this week(12 days after blood drawn).I am low on B12 and Vitmain D.I was right I am depleted which in turn gives me a right be be depressed like I told the doctor I was.

    Another blood test was done yesterday. I go in for that.I was asked "what are you here for"??? I fasted and need a blood test.For what date.She mentioned 2.I said the last date Oct.I was called 2 days ago.She still wondered what for?? I told her I am low on B12 and low on Vitamin D.But I don't know what the test is for. She named off 2 things.I said I have no idea what that is. She said no order for B12 or VitD. I told her I'm going home and calling the doctor.She said I will call.No I will. Why because the person doing my blood work was coughing violently and I just got over Bronchitis.Still fighting the last stages. On my way home I changed my mind and went to another place for the blood test.I started thinking no way to do I want to fast again.I did find out from my doctor's office the order was for B12. Just a hectic stressful 2 months for me.Honestly been harder than my bc battle.And I've had scares.

    I pray that NONE of you get this and if someone is sick around you go the other way. Don't be to proud to walk out.I thought if I got this from my grandson it would be a short bout.WRONG

    Denise hope you hear soon and the news is good.We're all thinking of you and know the stress you must be going through. As you can see I'm at my wits end and I know you are.

    I got a call 7 PM friday..I was told pathology was ok but radiologist thinks they missed something. I have to go to surgeon this week. I can re-biopsied or have suspicious area removed.

    I'll see how the appt goes...I hope sooner then later...
