There was a post from Jessiesmom1 on
the thread about triple negative breast cancer that sounded similar to what you experienced with the lymph nodes, but I am not sure. Just wanted to help you out. Wish I could help more. How frustrating for them to come back at you with the other side after the tests showed nothing. It sounds like you have come through a lot already!
I hope someone else can give you some insight. You deserve some rest.

Thank-You for your replys. I go to my Oncologist today so hopefully she will be able to give me some insight on what we need to do next. I'm just trying to stay strong and get through all of this. I will keep you updated.

MJ,
I haven't had this experience but wanted to welcome you to the boards. I'm sure there has to be someone out there who has had this experience. I hope the rest of your treatment goes well.

Welcome. This is not where
Welcome. This is not where any of us want to be, but you will find this to be a wonderful group. I get so much support and love here, I hope you find it to be the same.
We're all different, so your docs may recommend a completely different treatment even if your dx and story is the same as someone else...I would consider/ask for an ultrasound and/or biopsy of those right lypmh nodes if your doc hasn't already done it. BTW, my doc doesn't do PET scans (except in conjunction with other tests) because they are so notoriously inaccurate...false positives, etc.
I also think it's better to know if anything is going on with those right lymph nodes...it will allow you and your docs to put together a treatment plan that will better allow you to beat this nasty disease. And you can always get a second opinion too.
Best wishes with this decision, and I hope there is nothing in those right nodes!
Hugs,

Welcoming you to the board too. When do you see your onco? I really don't know what to tell you, but, your doctor will be able to answer your questions. Write down what you want to know, so, you don't forget to ask anything. Come back and let us know.
hugs, angie0
