Hey guys, I got the call this morning around 8:30 am, My father has passed away, at the age of 56 from Esophageal Cancer. I know it was recent when i came and joined this amazing site. Thank you for the support and the added strength of my faith in this situation. It came quick and took him quick. However my father was a very active man and being confined was probably what helped release him. Thank you all so much.

    Keep your head up. Honey it came so quick and took my dad away so fast, it is hard not to be reeling from what has happened, it' slike a matter of days and he was gone. Our strength will carry us through. Your strength will carry you through

    Friend in the USAF
    Mel and I worked in the same office in Berlin and made TSgt at the same time. We both went to NCO Academy at Keesler together from Berlin. He arrived in Korea just as I was leaving there. He was the greatest of friends and we had a lot of laughs together. I am heartbroken at his passing as I know you and the rest of the family are. I remember him fondly...

    It hasnt gotten any easier...just copeable. You knew my daddy! i am the 2nd oldest, if you remember!!! i am really glad i get to hear from my daddies alums and colleagues!
