Wonderful news
Wonderful news that your margins and lymph nodes were clear. Now you can start your recovery as well as the next phase of your treatment.
I also have invasive ductal carcinoma but did have lymph node involvement. Such a shock but am almost done with chemo and am then onto radiation. Tough road but my doctors say it is my best course for long term success.
I wish you all the best in your journey. You will find out you are much stronger than you ever could have imagined!0 -

Best of luck and hope you can skip the chemo part. If not, it's doable. Sounds like we had similar situations. I did have chemo (and radiation) and now it's 2 years later and life is good.
