    Congratulations on your milestone. I finished mine September 26: twenty-eight of the regular type and five boosts.

    I did have some issues with burns, although they did not get me off schedule. Silvadene helped me out. I used that for 18 days. My biggest area was under my arm, related to the initial RT. Then I got two fairly small ones more on my chest area, related to the boosts. As painful and sore as it was, I was thankful that a lot of the areas are numb from my surgery. I can't imagine what it would be like for someone who could feel it well. UGH!

    The red has lessened. Areas itch. So, I know I am healing.

    I had surgery the third week in February, did chemo from early April through mid-July, and then did rads from the second week in August until near the end of September. It is odd to be done done rather than done and onto the next treatment. (I do take a hormonal pill, but that is a lot easier to do than the other two things were.)
