What a week
Over the weekend the crazy neighbor next door came after me claiming that I mashed his ditch down in his driveway. This is the second time he has been after me. I now have no tresspassing signs all over the place.
Monday we I got ready to go to work, I was going to use dad's car. The battery was dead. Decided to use my car. Someone had messed with me car and caused the security system to kick in and it would not start. Had to get it towed to the garage to get started.
Got my car back that evening, the next day had a brake light out. Back to the shop.
Students have been nasty at work all week.
But the best is tonight. A police office just appeared at my door and told me a cell phone was stolen from the local high school and they traced it back to my house. The office had to come in try to call the phone look around. Go outside and do the same.
Then he sit in his car across the road and watched the house. We do not even know anyone that works or goes to that school.
No I am afraid he will come back with a search warrant.
I am so done for this week.
But the fact that dad is doing good makes it all ok.
Have a great weekend and hugs to everyone.
Kathy

Wow!
Caregivers with family member with cancer are not immune from the normal stresses of this world. Hope you can find some rest and relief this weekend. Rick.0 -
Sorry for the rough weekSkiffin16 said:Fishing....
I think it's just time for a trip to Florida..., hang on the beach, wet a fishing line and kick back to some Jimmy Buffet or Kenny Chesney.
Hoping you have an "Island Time" week-end...no stress, layed back and quiet.
Best,
John
I am sorry to hear you had a rough week. I agree with John a nice Island time weekend would be great for many of us. Hopefully the weekend will be much more relaxing.0 -

It is funny that you mentioned island time. I am going to a very nice and relaxing shrimp dinner tonight It will the closest to an island I get. But it will be nice.

If it was not for bad luck I would have no luck at all. Not sure how good that is.
Hope you have a great week-end and a better week next week. Glad to hear your Dad is doing well, thank you Lord for the small things that go well in our life.
God Bless

John- that'd make for an interesting picture to put on the cover of a fishing magazine(LOL), entitled "What to do when the fish ain't biting in Florida."
Kathy- sounds like the Cop has ideas on you needing a boyfriend! Boy, is he gonna get a surprise if he riles your Dad, and finds himself in the ring with him! Seriously, the hassles in life can make just being a difficult thing when it comes to others doing unto others. Think I got a "gang" safehouse next door to me right now, and I don't get home from work until around 2AM- not so safe for me. Hope your next week goes better.

Hi ya Kent, I was about to send out a BOLA on you, haven't seen you post for a few...
That phrase is from a song called Toes - Zak Brown Band...A philosphy that sounds very appealing to me at this stage of my life, of course with a fishing pole propped up next to me...., LOL.
Best,
John0
