What a ride

in Head and Neck Cancer #1
Ok I have decided God has a good sense of humor. Between the stress of my job, fear of losing my home and the biggie Cancer, I thought I had hit all the stressors. Well this morning I woke up to find out I am pregnant. Yes PREGNANT. It is a huge blessing, but another thing that I have little control over and now David is worrying about me and my health. This will be his first child, after thinking he wouldn't have any. I am feeling giddy today. Oh and yesterday I said how moody I was and how much he was on my nerves. Well I thought it was premenstral, but turns out I have more hormones than I can shake a stick at going through my body. Lol

    Wow...awsome ! God works in mysterious ways sometimes hunh ? Remember to take on only what you can....we are not super human, even though sometimes it's never ending. I will keep David, you and baby makes three in my prayers. Katie

    Hey Vivian!!! This is absolutely wonderful news!!!! The best thing I read today!! Congratulations from the bottom of my heart!!

    Didn't you mention in one of your older posts that you were worried how and when you will be able to plan your family (children) due to husband's desease?? So now you have your answer :)))

    God really works in mysterious ways, just like Katie said!

    Wow... I still can't believe it :)). God really does exist. I just feel really overwhelming right now.

    Congrats again and you (all three of you) will be in my prayers!

    Oh my gosh! I am so happy for y'all. I just read your post out loud in my office to one of my co-workers and we were both teary eyed. At least during all this stress you will have a nice distration of a little baby on the way! What a blessing. God Bless you and David. Lots of Love!

    Yes I'm counting my blessings
    I still am a little in shock, but am so happy. It is going to be a little difficult to manage all of this, but now David has a sweet baby to get better for. He seemed so down the last couple of months. Of course I understand why, but it is nice to have something so positive going on in our lives. Now I just need to make sure I am good to my body while I help him through these treatments. I am sure God will get me through. Thanks so much for your comments.

    God sure does have his own agenda doesn't he? I'm happy for both of you! Maybe this is just what David needs to help him see the light. Make sure to take good care of yourself too now and remember to eat! When you feel queezy and not like eating, trust me it is exactly what you need to do. Congratulations!!!
