Dad Passed away now i might be in trouble.. advice?

Hey everyone, sorry it's been so long. Life has been extremely hectic the past year. I came on here last year worried about 2 nodules in my left lung found on ct scan. I was suppose to go back and have them rescanned to make sure they were not growing. Well, not long after I lost my health insurance and had no idea what to do. A few months later in Nov. my dad passed away. My parents kept it from us up to his last weeks. The only thing we were told was that he had COPD and to get his affairs in order. It was the hardest two weeks of my life. I am so blessed to be able to spend his last two weeks of life with him, though it was hard to watch him dwindle down to nothing and take his last breath. He passed 2 days after Thanksgiving. When we got his death certificate, the cause of death was listed as LUNG CANCER. We were shocked!
I had promised him a few days prior to his passing that I would find a way to get my lungs re-examined. So about April I found the indigent program for New Mexico which has allowed me to see a Dr and have my lungs re-scanned. They found that the 2 nodules prior in my left lung had went away!! That was so good to hear! The bad news what that 2 more developed in my right lung. I went back this morning (Sept. 10th, 2012) and had another ct done as recommended. I still don't know the results, but the hospital tried to call me twice today after hours. I was working so didn't realize they had called. I missed both calls only by a few minutes and attempted to call back but no one seemed to know what was going on because everyone had left for the day. Kinda got me worried seeing as how with all my other ct scans, I just had to wait 3-5 days for another appointment to get the results. Do they always call the same day as the scan? Could this mean something bad?
