I haven't had a tram flap -- yet, sorry can't help you there.
But about a bra being uncomfortable on your sensitive skin; have you considered trying a sports bra? Or perhaps, even a full bodysuit/shaper like this one at eBay:

I don't know the seller, I was just trying to find one to show you what I meant.
Of course, you could always get one directly from Bali but they charge about 3 times as much:

thanks for responding and sorry i did so late. just seems there are not that many with my issues i guess. but i have developed an allergy to laytex, spandex, and so on. so i have to wear cotton camis and cotton undies to be able to wear anything with that kind of material. i got a cotton bra... so much for support but it help the normal fuboob from giggling. the radiated one is sensitive to almost everyhing. i cut some bushes friday and the bush was wet so i broke out in hives. i wore a shelf bra top that was 90% cotton and 10% spandex. my fuboobs moved a little in the top... it burnt me. that was 4 or 5 wks ago and i still cant get it to look or act normal. i am beginning to think the radiated breast may fail .. after all this.......but any ways thank you so much for responding. i'm a work in progress0 -
Make sure that your PS
Make sure that your PS checks the abdominal bulge as a frequent side effect of TRAM surgeries can be a hernia. In fact, before I had mine, my PS made me talk with someone who had had a TRAM and the lady that spoke with me had had to deal with a hernia after TRAM. I never have had a hernia and I understand they are less frequent now, but can still occur. You may have a little infection, a hypertrophic scar, a hernia, or normal scarring, but I would let the PS decide.0
