1st day of harsh chemo...Denise
Just wanted to drop you a note and say I'm thinking of you today. This being the first day of your 3 harsh chemo treatments, I'd imagine all you will want to do is rest and stay peaceful. I hope you are feeling ok and not too wiped out, or sick. The next 3 days will go fast and then you can rest on Wednesday and Thursday before they do the transplant. Don't worry about posting up-dates...just rest and take care of yourself. My prayers are with you. Much love...Sue

Hi sweetie,
Sorry your day was so long and you had a meltdown, but It's ok to lose it now and then, so don't worry about it. Thats good news you can go home for visits if your counts are good.."Yeah"! Thank you for checking in, but if you don't feel like it, then don't...we certainly understand. Hang in there Denise and of course you are in our prayers. Rest and stay as peaceful as possible. Much love...Sue

it has been another long day, my doctor gave me something for my nerves, i dont know why i cried about everything yesterday. my daughter already wants to come, her dad and i divorced when she was one he never keeps her over night so its always been just the two of us, we do talk on the phone, i hope she aggarvates him until he has to bring her up. my dr is taking really good care of me, i had 3 onc before and already i trust him more than any of them. still counting 4 days to go. blessings denise0 -

Hi Denise,
Meltdowns are allowed ☺. "I hope he aggravates him until he has
to bring her up..." LOL - that tells me you got some fight in you
which will definitely come in handy ☺.
I'm glad you are happy with your doctor. I have a new one as my oncologist
moved to Chicago - I really liked her. The new one seems okay - he's
older and like her, he's a professor too. I think he was more used to
seeing patients in the hospital so he's adjusting to clinic now.
What did the doctor give you for your nerves? It might come in handy
for some of us around here .
Hugs and strength,

Hey Denise,
Well..2 down and one to go for this harsh stuff, and then you get 2 days rest. The "BIG" day is Friday, but it will be here and gone before you know it and you will then be on the road to remission!! I hope Amanda bugs your X too!! ha! Keep your sense of humor my friend...I truely believe it helps with healing. Also, I'm so glad to hear you are pleased with your doctor...it's important to have trust and faith in our doctor! Get some rest and we will check in on you tomorrow..."Good Luck"...you will be in my prayers!
Much love...Sue (FNHL-2-3a-6/10)0
