    You've got a great attitude Kevin....and it sounds like you've got your arsenal in line....tube, and port ready to go....only advice is for you to eat anything and everything your heart desires for as long as you can...myself, I was a cheeseburger deluxe girl half the time.....the other half I was eating all the Mexican food I could hold...

    Good luck, you sound ready, I hope your ride is smooth and as trouble free (as possible). You are going to meet some great people, don’t be afraid to ask any question you might have. Keep them apprised of all side effects (they have something for just about everything). Now rest up and eat another cheeseburger, sooner than later.

    Do me a favor and have
    A cheese enchilada, with lots of salsa and sour cream....a meat and bean burrito (same with the salsa)...and a chili releno. Don't forget those yummy chips that need dipping into the salsa and the refried beans (my fave, let the chips soak in the beans....YUMMY)...

    Can ya tell I'm hungry? LOLOLOLOL

    Add fajitas and chicken
    Add fajitas and chicken enchilada verdes to the order please. And if you wanna get technical, cut the fajitas up and put them over rice. Thanks and best of luck Kevin!

    I got a 50 yard line seat and I'm waving my kick bootie flag and even wearing a funky hat ..okay, so I have a vivid imagination ...but I'm cheering all the same!!!

    1 - Treatment is nobody's idea of a good time -
    2 - You CAN do this

    I'm with the others - loving your attitude and the fact that you've got great teammates.

    Bag Lunch...
    One step closer to finishing treatment....

    Take a lunch with you... I was starving come lunch time my first big chemo day...

    All of the "regulars" brought lunches with them or had some one bring them one in.

    Oh, and sit close to a bath room..once they start feeding you lasix....well, let's just say they nicknamed me the PeeKing that day.

    We are with John, take food.. lots of food, we take sandwiches, go-gurts, crackers Dan likes, snack foods, and entire grocery bag full, and come home with barely the bottom covered. You'd think he'd gain more weight, but doesn't.

    Your positive attitude is refreshing. I agree with the others. Eat what you love now and lots of it. There will be a lot of time where food just won't be very appealing.

    Keep it going...it will help a lot along with continuous faith in Him.
    1st Peter Chpt1 Vs6 that got me through this and is still getting me through it!
