Yes, I was totally exhausted! I think everyone is Deb. Rads really take a toll on you. My rads oncologist said sometimes it can take up to a year to regain your strength. Now, that is not saying that it will take you that long, but, just take care of yourself. Try to still get lots of sleep, take naps if you can, and just let your body heal. You will get past this.

I was really tired also after I finished rads, but, I knew it was going to happen. I was exhausted the last few weeks of rads. One thing I did find that helped was exercise. I know that sounds strange, but, it did help me.
