It's one week away for a get together at my house in Park Ridge, IL (Chicago). I'm cooking. I am an expensive, high quality, from scratch cook who wants to host a luncheon for you at my house so we can leisurely visit with one another. I posted here and on FB but got more responses from the sisters on FB. Unfortunately, it appears that Saturday, July 21 is a bad day for many of you, so it is going to be a small, small gathering.

I hope that some of you can make it. Please private message me if you can make it so I can send you traveling information.

    If only I had a private jet
    I'd fly on that thing from Phoenix and join you Janelle. I am a foodie too---love to cook, bake and entertain--your luncheon sounds wonderful. Your menu is probably a secret right now, but after the event, please post and let us drool over all the goodies you had.

    If only here too..
    I would be there in a heartbeat....but, alas, it's not to be... I am in NC....I am FAR from a gourmet cook these days, but I am a good "taster"....lol

    I hope all that are able to attend have a great time! And what a gracious hostess you are...

    .. small or large gathering, it will be wonderful,
    and surreal. I am hoping that all works out, and you Sisters in PINK have an
    absolutely terrific time.

    I fancy myself a aspiring chef .. so I know all the work, preparation and time
    that will go into your very loving meal. You are so dear, Janelle.
