We lost a beloved pink sister today...

With a heavy heart I am passing along a message posted on my Facebook wall. Our beloved sister Jennifer (grams2jc) passed away earlier today. Her daughter posted yesterday that her brain tumors spread to the brain lining. They thought they had a few weeks and were just trying to keep her comfortable. God took her today... Please keep her family in your prayers...

    Very, very sad
    I too direct my prayers to our fallen pink angel and her family. May she be basking in the arms of the Lord who will protect her forever.

    Oh my heavens...I am at a loss for words....I had no Idea that she was close to the end....I feel like I've been kicked in the gut....she and I had
    posted to one another about our mets to the brain....God rest her soul....please if you have the opportunity, convey our deepest sympathy to her family.....tell her daughter how much she was loved by many on this board.....

    Jennifer was such a beautiful source of LIGHT. Having recently welcomed grand baby
    #2 into her life, and now she is gone. I know for a fact, that Jennifer was no
    older than 48 ish. Damn cancer knows no boundries -- age, race or gender.

    I will forever remember Jennifer sitting on stairs, holding JC ...so much to live
    for -- so little, time.

    Please relay our condolences, love and admiration for Jennifer.

    Oh, No!
    I had no idea she was so ill. I'm absolutely heartbroken. Please pass my condolences along to her family. She was definitely a light to this board and will be missed.

    Oh, no! When I first joined
    Oh, no! When I first joined this board, she was so excited about the soon-to-be arrival of her second grandchild. And just days later he arrived. I was just wondering about her the other day and why we hadn't heard anything from her for quite a while. Sad, sad, sad.

    My heart is heavy with sadness. I am so sorry to hear of Jennifer's passing. I didn't know she was so ill either. Her suffering has come to an end and she is at peace. God bless Jennifer's family and comfort them during this time of great loss.

    My thoughts and prayers are with her friends and family. I'm told we are not supposed to understand "the plan" for our lives, but just have the faith that there is a power far greater than us that knows exactly without a doubt what He is doing. Still sad for all who will miss her.

    I just checked back and she was posting here the end of June. As far as I know, she hadn't indicated any new problems.

    How sorry I am for their loss. She will be missed here with all of us. This has got to be one of the ugliest diseases. I too believe that God has larger plans for us, but it is still so hard sometimes to wrap this little brain of mine around. Especially when it is hurting.

    Love and prayers to her family and loved ones.

    It just never gets easier! I posted to her family on fb, to my family here i send my support and love and ask that you keep the hope and fight going, never give up! Love to all of you. Jennifer will be greatly missed, she was a sweetheart and she obviously loved the grandma role.

    Grieving A Loss Of A Very Lovely Lady
    I am so very, very sorry to learn that Jennifer passed away. She was such a wonderful lady and now her little granddaughter will never have a chance to really know her.

    My deepest sympathies to her family.

    For us, her pink sisters, Jennifer will forever be remembered in our minds and hearts.
