Rreally?Well, thanks for the reminder....DUH!
Today I was chatting with a friend on F.B. We were talking about a job I have applied for which would allow me to live near my daughter while she is still in college. Anyway, she was encouraging about the position and said "well you don't know how much time you left!" My reply NOBODY DOES!! a
I just wish people would think before speaking (or typing). I have been as guilty as anyone else, but since my husband's death and my diagnosis last year, I'm really trying to be more careful.
Oh well....

When I was sick I hated it when people made things out to be so bad. I actually had to distance myself from the people that got super dramatic....I know they meant well but it put me in a bad place...0 -

my onc today that when people ask, how are you, they look at me so intently like they are trying to see inside my mind or something. Or how surprised they sound when they say, you look good! I want to ask, did you think I grew another head or something?
