? mark in box over some names

There is box with a ? mark in it over some names in posts.

Anybody else seeing it,

    Yep, that's what I see (or
    Yep, that's what I see (or don't see in the case of the photos), but don't see any ? over names, just the "broken image" icon and the icon link to the person's profile and that Drupal at the top. When I put my cursor on Drupal is show a small box that says Index Page, whatever that means.
