Rituxan Maintenance

No problems....
Hi Jencarr,
Thats great to hear. I had Rituxan with my chemo protocol..(CVP-R) so when I started my 2 year R maint I didn't have any problems either. I'm usually a bit more tired for a few weeks after my infusion, but thats about it. I never experienced the "flu like" affects that some have talked about. My joints are achey all of the time since finishing chemo, so I don't know if Rituxan is the cause or not. February 14th, 2013 will my last R maint infusion, so I'm looking forward to seeing how I will feel afterwards when I'm completely done with all forms of drugs being put in me. I hope you continue to do well.
Best wishes...Sue (FNHL-2-3a-6/10)0 -

Congrats to you Jen, and all of you on the Rituxin M plan. I have been on the maintenance plan for about 3 yrs now. I loveeeeeeee Rituxin! It is working well for me. Someone mentioned Rituxin may have contributed to their aches and pains. I too had this issue. Ordinarily, I am not a Yoga kind of girl. But, I was desperate to find a solution. I found a Yoga tape for aches and pains. I was amazed that when I did those stretches, my aches went away.
Jen, you have such a great view on treatments. Keep up the good work. We are pulling for you. We are also celebrating with you.
