Back from NJ--PET results in
I had an appointment yesterday with my med. onc. She was all smiles. This was way better than we imagined. So now, I will continue the Faslodex injections and Zometa infusion monthly. I tolerate it well and IT'S WORKING!!!!
So sorry this news took so long--I had the PET the day before we left and decided to get the news when I got back.
All I can say is--never give up, I believe in the power of prayer and enjoy each and every day as best you can.
There has been some bad news on this board lately. Hang in there--attack this beast head-on and try to be as positive as you can.
My love to all and thank you for the many prayers and positive energy sent my way.
Love and hugs, Renee

Absolutely the best news, Renee! We were all getting nervous waiting to hear. Thanks so much for sharing the great news as soon as you could.
With yours and Nancy's good news in the last week, maybe the tide is turning. I had my lumpectomy today and I'm hoping to coast along in your tailwind for a great final pathology report on Monday.

Very much like Victoria, I too, thought you were hibernating in a corner somewhere
by your self -- dealing with maybe some not so good news!
Prayers work .. it appears that our Lord has sent miracles to several of
our Sisters in PINK this week -- ... I am grateful, and so very thankful
that our Lord is watching and keeping his eye on our FAMILY!
With all the whooping and hollering done by you, and Kevin -- I thought we
had a mile earthquake here in Southern California. You two, surely know
how to enjoy, and celebrate life. Continue with the festivities -- dear
Renee.

I AM SO HAPPY FOR YOU!
Renee, I am so happy to hear this. You have been in my thoughts & prayers. I am like Sue, I wanted to call you several times, but was afraid it was a bad time for you.
Hope you had a good time in NJ, even though you were only a few hours from me!
Looks like you got the good news just in time for that new grandbaby. It won't be long now.
xoxo,
Jean0
