Multiple Lung Mets

Hi there. Has anyone on here had 20 or more lung mets? If so will you please share your story with me either on here or as a private message?

    Hey Vicki....
    Yes....I have. When DX in 2009 it had spread all over into both lungs. Over 20 mets. NOT OPERABLE because it was all over. I did Folfiri with Avastin for 6 months and then I was NED. ALL GONE! However, I have recurred 3 times with 3 "new" spots....1 each time.... since that time and each time I was a candidate for Cyberknife and just zap them suckers when they show back up. I keep them controlled....in check. I may NEVER be cured but I treat this disease as a chronic illness and Manage IT. And that term TERMINAL?????? We are ALL terminal ....we are born TERMINAL...ALL of us...so what does that term really mean or matter???? Who gives a crap? Vicki, I know you got this girl...you do! Take care...love ya

    Sooooooo happy to help any way I can. Sometimes it's just hard to see thru all the fog. We are ALL here for ya Vick.....one thing I have learned from this board.....these people got your back.,,,,,,can't get that NO WHERE else.......hugs!
