Agreed with Nancy!
Hi Stacy - Nancy is right, why wait so long? I was dx at 32, not to say your sis is sick, which I am PRAYING SHE IS NOT. But these things you must pay close attention to, and super fast. Not trying to scare you or your sister, just trying to help.
In the meantime, I am sending positive thoughts and energy your way. Have faith.

Prayers sent!
I had my first chemo yesterday.
Overwhelmed and scared, just sitting
around waiting for the symptoms to hit.
Hugs to you,
Victoria
The power of the mind.
You can't think side effects will come to you. You have to stay super positive and say to yourself: "I will NOT have side effects. I will BE OK". Amen to that. Remember everyone is different! You will probably have no side effects at all!0 -
Thank you everyone!SIROD said:I would call the department your sister had a mammogram and ask for the first date they had open or to fill a cancelation. Often the scheduler, just gives a date.
Hoping that the spot is something else.
Best,
Doris
Thank you everyone! Unfortunately she can't afford to take more time off of work until July 5th. I certainly know she isn't too young. I was 28 the first time I was diagnosed and 35 this time.0 -

Why does she have to wait until July 5? I would think they would do it and an ultrasound right away....hopefully they don't think "she's to young" for
breast cancer...
Wishing her a good outcome and prayers for you both..
Hugs, Nancy

The agony of waiting....I agree, call the scheduler. I have been known to call every day when the situation warrants. I hope they find it is nothing.
