Welcome to the forum Willy.....
Glad you found us. I'm still a newby to treatment, tho I'm nearly finished with radiation (6 left)...I keep hearing on here that people are still gaining saliva 3 or 4 years after treatment...it just takes longer for some. Sounds like you haven't let any of this slow you down one bit.... .
You'll probably be a great asset here....to help us new kids on the block.

ELK...Pam M said:Hi Wild Willy
I finished my chemo rads two years ago. Very glad to see you're doing OK. I think it really helps the folks following behind you to see that someone who's gone through treatment can be doing so well afterward.
Elk hunting? Do you eat it?
Pam,
I was going to ask this too. I love Elk meat....haven't hunted in years but get it at a local cooperative. It's really good ! Katie0 -
hello
Wild Willy,
Howdy to you and welcome to this most popular self improvement forum. I would be glad to take some of the Elk steak off your hands just as soon as I can taste it. Sounds like you enjoy life so if you don’t mind I will take a page from your book and try to do the same.
Happy to meet you,

Hi Willy
Wow I hope when I am 72 I can continue doing all the things I love to do, keeping positive is one good way of keeping healthy. Last year I was on my brother farm in Honduras and he was climbing a Mango tree, that’s not a problem, the problem is he is 65 years old. I told him get your old but down before you fall, he looked and said I do this every day. That made me think wow that is why he is in very good health, he is active and working. He too had cancer about 20 years ago, to look at him now you would not believe he is 65.
PS: Welcome to CSN my friend

You've been around that long I thought you were 72 Hondo.......lol
Just joking my friend, 72 is the new 52. I'm in my mid fortys and pretty active,
when I say active I mean I move around and I still work but I don't exercise or
participate in sports anymore, I know I should be more active as now all my body
seems to ache and I feel like I'm 72.....ah well I'll start tomorrow.
Well done Willy and welcome to the board.
God bless
Tonsil dad,

not sure what you mean by that
There is a thread that was "How you chose your screen name"...
There is a forum member that has a screen name of "luv2cut1"....
We all (or at least me and a few of my Abi-Normal Clan, here) presumed it to mean something other than what they had in mind....
They have cutting horses, so that's how they chose their name;
